Our History
Kids’ Village was founded by the Fletcher family after 9 year old Sammie’s experience with childhood cancer and an inspirational trip.
Who We Are
Led by the Fletcher family, we are a team of passionate people who are on a mission to build the UK’s first Kids Village.
What We Do
Kids’ Village will help really sick children and their families by giving them a restful break away from the trauma of being in and out of hospitals.
Our Journey
Kids’ Village began in 2018 and after gaining planning permission in 2023, we are raising the capital funds needed to build this special place.

To be told you have cancer at nine years old is understandably a shock. At the time I had no idea what impact those difficult years would have on me. But when I look back now, I wouldn’t change a thing.
