New Vacancy: Corporate Partnership Manager

Corporate Partnerships Manager

Competitive Salary

Kids’ Village is seeking an experienced and ambitious professional to join the charity as our first ever Corporate Partnerships Manager, with responsibility for leading the development and day-to-day management of our corporate partnerships and income.

Following our public launch in 2024 and the announcement in November 2025 that we had reached our £5m capital fundraising target to build the first Kids’ Village in Staffordshire (called Charlotte’s Kids’ Village), we are now expanding our small team and recruiting a Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our corporate partnerships and income.

This is a senior, hands-on role working closely with the CEO to secure and grow meaningful corporate support through charity of the year partnerships, corporate fundraising events, and strategic corporate partnerships.

You will inherit several existing corporate partners and be tasked with building and managing relationships with them, as well as securing new partnerships and income.

You will represent Kids’ Village externally and ensure partners feel engaged, valued and connected to the impact of their support.

This role will suit someone who enjoys autonomy, responsibility and the chance to make a tangible impact in a small, growing organisation with big ambitions.

Working arrangements

This role is based at our office on the Charlotte’s Kids’ Village site in Wychnor (near Lichfield), which is currently under construction ahead of a planned 2027 opening to families. As a small and flexible team, time is typically split between the site, events and meetings, and working from home, with arrangements adapting to the needs of the role.

The role is full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with some evening and weekend work required to support events and partner engagement (with advance notice and time off in lieu).

How to apply?

Please send your CV and a cover letter to Katrina Cooke, Chief Executive at katrina@kidsvillage.org.uk by midnight on 12th January 2026.
